What this means is that I help managers become coaches and sales reps to become consultants. I will help you discover where you need to be, where you currently are and then collaboratively develop and implement the most effective ways for you to make your goals reality!

I currently work as an Organizational Consultant providing training, coaching, facilitation, surveys, organizational analysis and psychological testing.

Education & Credentials:

BA in Psychology and Gerontology, Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. 10 years of work experience in developmental counseling, human resources, sales training, and business management.
